This program focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining medical devices, analyzing biological systems, and using engineering techniques to solve medical problems. It serves as a bridge between engineering and medicine, equipping students with the ability to design and maintain medical devices and therapeutic technologies, analyze and interpret biological data, understand the interaction between engineering systems and human tissues, apply quality and safety standards in the medical field, and work within multidisciplinary teams in clinical and industrial environments.
