It is responsible for the academic, administrative, and financial performance of the institution. The Board elects its chairperson from among its members in accordance with the formation regulations. The Undersecretary serves as the Board\u2019s secretary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Board is tasked with taking the necessary measures and decisions to achieve the institution\u2019s objectives. It is chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, with the Dean serving as Deputy Chair, and the Undersecretary as a member and rapporteur, in addition to other members specified by the formation regulations. The Program Councils are responsible for organizing the practical and administrative activities of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Council of Coordinators is established by a decision of the Dean of the College and includes the College Vice Dean, the Secretary of Academic Affairs, all program coordinators, the Librarian, the Chair of the Examinations Committee, and the Secretary of Student Affairs. It is chaired by the Dean of the College, with the College Registrar serving as its rapporteur. The Council of Coordinators is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recommending to the Academic Council the granting of academic degrees and approval of results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposing topics for the Academic Council.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewing urgent academic cases and submitting recommendations to the Academic Council.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervising examinations and preparing results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull
