The Bachelor of Administrative Sciences program offers specializations after the second year in accounting, marketing, and human resources, which are essential fields that form the backbone of any successful organization. The accounting specialization focuses on recording, analyzing, and interpreting financial data, preparing students to make financial decisions. The marketing specialization focuses on understanding consumer behavior and developing effective marketing strategies to increase sales and strengthen brands. The human resources specialization focuses on managing human capital within organizations, from recruitment to training and performance development. This program offers flexibility for students to work in both the public and private sectors and pursue postgraduate studies in business administration or related fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main objective of the Business Administration program is to equip the business community with qualified individuals who can handle administrative responsibilities and develop solutions to the problems faced by organizations. This goal is pursued through the program\u2019s three contemporary specializations, aiming to achieve the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
